Since its establishment, JWM has been paying much attention to humanistic cares toward not only the employee but also their parents and children. We have launched a series of welfare programs, such as employee mutual aid system, thanksgiving group and family day, etc.
JWM regard talents as its core competitiveness, and have trained groups of elite teams by developing multiple training systems for junior staffs, college graduates, as well as middle & senior management teams.
